Our Story

Born from a Real Need

CoddyPro started from a frustration we saw firsthand: Nepali businesses running critical operations on spreadsheets, paper billing books, and disconnected tools. The software options available were either too expensive, too complex, or completely unaware of Nepal's regulatory requirements.

Our founders had spent years shipping enterprise software for clients in the UK, Australia, and the US. We knew what good looked like. And we decided to bring it home.

We started with IRD-compliant billing — a problem every Nepali business faces — and grew from there. HRMS, inventory, EMR, asset management. Each product built because a real client needed it.

The Beginning

CoddyPro was founded in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu with a vision to bring world-class ERP solutions to Nepali businesses.

2022

First Major Product

Launched our IRD Verified Billing System, quickly becoming a trusted tool for tax-compliant invoicing in Nepal.

2023

Product Suite Expansion

Released HRMS, Inventory Management, and Asset Management modules — forming our core ERP suite.

2024

Healthcare & Shifts

Entered the healthcare sector with our EMR solution and launched Shifts & Rota management for workforce-heavy industries.

Our team brings over 25 years of combined software engineering experience, including enterprise projects delivered for clients in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States. We came back to build something for Nepal.

Anil Poudyal

Founder & CEO

Anil spent years building software for clients across Europe and Australia before returning to Nepal with one goal: build the ERP tools Nepali businesses actually need. He leads product strategy and customer relationships at CoddyPro.

Priya Sharma

Head of Engineering

Priya has shipped production systems for fintech clients in the UK. At CoddyPro she leads engineering and makes the calls on architecture, performance, and security. She's opinionated about code quality for good reason.

Sujan Karki

Lead Product Designer

Sujan studied the gap between enterprise software and actual usability early in his career. He believes good design doesn't fight the user. At CoddyPro, he's the reason the products are something clients actually want to open.

Nisha built her career understanding what Nepali business owners actually worry about. She translates CoddyPro's technical capabilities into plain business outcomes — and she's usually the first person a new client speaks to.

Rohan came from a background running infrastructure for SaaS platforms serving tens of thousands of users in the US market. He brought those standards back to Nepal. CoddyPro's uptime record is largely his doing.
